As we are building our Nordic HR team, we are looking for a new colleague to fill the role of HR Business Partner Nordic located in our Rødekro office.  In this role, you will have an opportunity to become a proactive member of the Nordic team for Construction Chemicals and become part of our growth journey.

What you can expect

You will be able to apply and further develop your skills by supporting the local organizations in the Nordic region with high quality and timely HR support. Handling recruitments, coaching, training and supporting managers in the local and regional organisation and processes will be part of your daily work. Together with your HR team colleagues, you will contribute to developing HR processes and initiatives, where continuous proactive focus on process improvements within operational HR is at heart. Ensuring compliance in internal and outsourced processes will be key in that role, which is accountable for adherence to local legal, contractual, tax and collective agreements’ requirements and regulations as well as for correct process between local HR and the applicable HR systems.

What we expect 

You hold bachelor’s degree within HR or relevant area supported by min. 5 years’ experience from operative or HRBP role, preferably from Nordic or international context. You have solid knowledge of HR operations, processes and terminology and are familiar with some aspects of Nordic employment law and collective agreements.  Experience from a multinational matrix organization is a merit. In this position you need to be fluent in Danish and English.  Experience from working in a Scandinavian organisation is a plus.

As a person you have excellent people- and communication skills. You are structured and work well across departments, functions and geographies. You lead by example, act with integrity and enjoy a broad scope impact. Since the HR team is spread out across the Nordic countries it’s important that you feel comfortable working independently and collaborating across geographical distance.
