Picadeli Germany is growing! We are looking for a commercially savvy Trade Marketeer based in Hamburg, ready to embark on an exciting and fast-paced journey, as we prepare to roll out our pioneering salad bar concept nationwide. As our Trade Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing- implementing- and follow up the regional marketing activities (incl trade fairs, events, tastings and consumer surveys). You will be responsible for our trade materials (e.g. POS, sales aids etc), supporting both our Business Developers and our customers – to further drive sales! You will also secure our online presence (e.g. own/bought social media, website etc). Our marketing activities need to scale up alongside our distribution, giving the right candidate the unique opportunity to get to know a variety of tasks and projects, both big and small, both strategic and operational.
Furthermore, you will initially have the responsibility of developing our local food assortment as well as driving sustainability initiatives. As we will grow both in terms of sales and organization, these tasks will ultimately be on another person’s responsibility.
As part of our growing local team, and with the support of your international colleagues, you will need to proactively identify opportunities and act accordingly. This requires an open mindset with a dedicated hands-on multitasking approach.
You will report to the Country Manager.
What we would like to see:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar
- Min. 2-3 years of experience working in sales/marketing, ideally in the FMCG industry
- Strong customer & consumer orientation
- Excellent time management skills
- A driven, self-motivated “can-do” attitude
- Excellent communication skills in German & English
- Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel skills
- Adobe CC skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) are a plus
