As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you are a part of the journey bringing Picadeli’s products to all our markets. We are looking for you with strong self-leadership and high capacity, who are eager to ensure that quality, food safety, and compliance are in place from idea to launch.

Your mission

In this role, you will be a part of a committed and supporting Quality team with the mission to secure food safety in every step for all our products. You work in close collaboration with our suppliers and internal teams, ensuring smooth rollouts across our markets, with quality and food safety at the core.

Furthermore, you will:

· Be highly involved in product development and launches across all our markets.

· Coordinate the risk assessments of products in Product-HACCP.

· Create product specifications.

· Review labels and printed materials to ensure regulatory compliance.

· Ensure accurate product master data in both internal and external systems.

· Support internal teams and local markets with quality, food safety and labeling matters.

· Ensure business‑critical product data quality.

· Continuously improve and standardize quality processes and routines within your area of responsibility.

· Participate in projects, system development, and day-to-day quality work.

Your profile

· Relevant education in food science or a related field.

· Experience from a similar role within the food industry.

· Solid knowledge of interpreting and implementing labeling regulations.

· Data-driven, familiar with business systems and motivated by challenging how we can optimize processes and routines.

· Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an international environment.

· Strong self-leadership and manage to prioritize and deliver on agreed goals.

· Fluent in Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communications skills.
