As our Sales Manager for German speaking countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Czech Republic) you will be responsible for sales of our innovative and high-quality products in these countries which includes responsibility for both new and existing customers. You will initiate and develop customer relationship long term to ensure continuous business growth. This means that you will work closely with our customers, organizing product trainings both on commercial aspects as well as on practical product application. You will also be participating and contributing to our marketing projects and follow up order processing and deliveries in co-operation with our logistics team.
This is a key position on keeping customers happy through timely deliveries and communication as well as being a valuable colleague for our office team. In this position you will have a responsibility for a big geographical region, not a team responsibility. This is a full-time position and you will report directly to the CEO. This is a flexible position, some days you will be based in our Headquarters in Gothenburg area (Jörlanda). Other days you will be travelling in Europe. That means that you can live in south or middle of Sweden as long as you are willing to travel to our office in Jörlanda every now and then.
We are looking for someone with the right personal profile! That means someone who is goal focused, has a lot of energy and is hungry for success. That also means someone who is systematic thinking and has good planning and communication skills. You have a higher education and a successful track record within sales, but you don’t have to have experience from our product segment before. If you are keen to learn and develop, we will invest in you and make sure that you learn what you need to know. For the right candidate there will be opportunities to take on even more responsibility in the future. You need to be fluent (both spoken and written) in English. Swedish and especially German is an extra plus.
