Picadeli is a well-established brand in Sweden that is now growing in Europe. Your role is key to achieving a successful start-up in Germany. It entails setting up salad bars, educating employees in stores (our ambassadors) ensuring that the logistics, technical and other operational sales processes are running smoothly. No task is too big or too small for you; your mindset is that we do whatever is necessary to satisfy customers!
The more we grow, the more people we need. You will be a part of building up the sales organization over time and educating all new field sales employees and support them in becoming successful representatives for Picadeli. In the beginning, your focus will be on new customers and the start-up process in stores, but equally important will be follow-ups and building the relationships with existing customers to make sure that they get all the support they need to sell a lot of salad.
Your background can be in concept sales and fresh goods, or maybe you have experience from working in store and are familiar with the challenges that grocery stores face. You could also be managing a chain of stores where you are appreciated with an extensive network. You are goal focused, have an inner drive for business development and you do what it takes to do be successful in Germany! You have a Senior profile and you can show impressing results from earlier companies you have worked for. Picadeli emphasizes your personal skills and qualities, and a good fit with the company culture is a priority. Sharing the vision of “A world were fast food is the opposite of junk food” and taking pride in being a part of the journey to get more people to eat more salad should be as important for you as it is for Picadeli.
